Skaneateles Bakery

Katie and Chris have owned the bakery since July, 2011. After graduating from Holy Cross in 2008, Katie worked as a teacher for a year before returning to CNY to be with her family and to continue to develop a vision for her life long dream - owning a small, vibrant, food establishment. Chris graduated from Wake Forest University in 2005 and has been a classroom teacher since then. After marrying in 2010 and settling in town, both quickly realized how important Skaneateles Bakery is to the community.

We value an atmosphere that is welcoming, where people know that they are seen, heard, and will be remembered the next time they come in. Our goal is for everyone to feel like a regular!
